Minerva Photography

I got my first camera when I was 13 and I couldn't find anything more exciting than staging and styling my friends and items to compose beautiful images. My love for people and emotions grew when I got my psychology degree from Florida International University, and my love for photography flourished when I got my first DSLR in 2006. I decided then to peruse a life eating, breathing, and sleeping wedding photography when I had the opportunity to shoot my first wedding in 2008. I went to the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale to fine tune my skills, graduating with a degree in Photography. I couldn't imagine doing anything else with my life than documenting the happiest moments of people's lives.

Things that make me weak in the knees are natural window light, quality german chocolate, kittens, open fields, celtic music, and rustic weddings. I share a beautiful home in Sunrise, Florida with my significant other and the best four cats I can ask for.
