Ana Paz cakes are very good and moist, with any flavor that you can imagine. I love the way she was able to deliver the view I had for my wedding cake!

After much shopping around for some traditional red velvet cake, we finally found someone who actually new what red velvet cake consisted of and was not just taking yellow cake and adding food coloring to the mix. Our wedding cake was not only beautiful but our guests couldn't get enough of the red velvet wedding cake. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!

Ana Paz does not need a review! Her name speaks for itself. My cake was exactly like I wanted it...and it was delicious my husband and I cut 2 pieces each 'cause it was so good! Very nice and friendly staff.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! My cake was stunning and the service was amazing! They gave us tips on how to save money and worked with us to create a truly beautiful, yet affordable, cake! The cake was soooo delicious that I have to stop my husband from trying to eat the top that we're saving for our 1 year anniversary on a daily basis! I went to nearly every cake place in Miami and I have to say that this place definitely takes the cake! (pun intended!)

I had a very good experience with this cake vendor. I wasn't thrilled to have only a small few to chose from but I'm glad we went with Ana Paz. We met her in person in Ft Lauderdale and she was so nice to deal with. The cake turned out very much like we pictured and tasted delicious. Would def recommend.

Truly lives up to her name! She is an amazing artist. She did a wonderful job and I am so very happy with her work. Definitely one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen. She also rocked it with the Bullitt Mustang exact replica of my husband's car for his groom's cake. AWESOME AWESOME job

I live outside of the US so for the most part I had to plan my wedding (including the selection of my wedding cake) via email and telephone. Ana Paz's staff made this process very easy. They were very friendly and receptive to handling my requests -- I did not want the traditional cake that came with the hotel wedding package so all I had to do was pay the difference between the traditional cake and the one that I wanted. More importantly, the cake looked beautiful and tasted great. It was perfect!

The cake was delicious! They executed the design just as I requested and it was beautiful. They were always very professional. I went to the location in Doral. I can't speak for the Coral Gables store as I have never had a good experience anywhere in Coral Gables. But I have no complaints of the cake I received.
