Bank Of America Tower/Sky Terrace & Sky Lobby

We had our wedding reception at the Bank of America Sky Terrace/Lobby this weekend and it exceeded all of our expectations. The staff and the level of service provided to us were amazing. The hors d'ouvres and dinner were plated beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious. Everything came out beautiful and we had a fabulous time. Tresha, the director of catering, did an amazing job and we're extremely thankful for all of her help throughout this entire process. She was always available to answer any questions we had and also helped us find solutions to any problems we had encountered. It was a pleasure working with her.

This venue made my wedding exactly as I envisioned it. The staff is professional and treated my husband and I like royalty. There are not enough words to describe how helpful Tresha was from beginning to end. I loved working with her and the Aramark staff. The night was completely flawless, and the venue is spectacular.

I could not have been more pleased, my reception at the Bank Of America Tower was remarkable, It was wonderful she helped us on every little detail, I relied on her expertise since i did not have a coordinator, everything turned out perfect.All of my out of town guests felt very welcome and comfortable during their stay.

Really worth the price. Seriously. Everyone loved the view and said that it was the perfect location.

Everyone who attended our wedding/reception said it was the best location they had ever seen. We had the ceremony out on the terrace which is absolutely beautiful then followed it up with the reception inside the stunning marble lobby.

Words cannot describe how happy my husband and I are with the way everything turned out the night of our wedding. I knew that everything was going to be perfect from the moment that I met with Tresha for the first time to discuss the possibility of having out wedding at the Bank of America Tower, but the night of completely exceeded all of my expectations. From the food, to the service, and even to the scenery everything was amazing. I have to say that working with Tresha made the experience even better. I cannot imagine having such an amazing day without her assistance in making everything go so smoothly. The location is absoultely beautiful and at night it is breathtaking to be up on that terrace and see all of the city lights. I highly recommend this location to any bride looking for something different and looking for a great experience. I do not have one complain!

This place is breathtaking and the people that work there are so helpful and dedicated to their job. Tresha is on top of everything and she's the reason why I was the calmest bride in the world. I trusted everything to her and my wedding was so beautiful. The food was delicious and the services were outstanding. This is an AMAZING place to get married. After researching several places I couldn't have chosen a better place.

The Sky Terrace & Sky Lobby is a true gem in downtown Miami. You cannot go wrong with the open space and intimate setting it has to offer. Beautiful views of the city matched by outgoing and charming staff! We had the pleasure of coordinating our reception with Tresha who gave us impeccable service with a smile! We had a lot of fun working with her. Truly a delight!!!!!The food is delectable!!!! Big up to Chef! All of our guests expectations were exceeded! A guaranteed win!

Tresha Titus and the entire staff at the Bank of America/Sky Terrace staff were great. Tresha was flexible with our wishes and accomodated them. The lobby and terrace were both beautiful and completed what the bride and groom thought was the perfect wedding. The food was amazing. The chef and staff did a superb job on every dish that was served. From the moment we met Tresha and seeing the venue we knew this was the place our reception would be held. We could not have asked anything better, because it was perfect. We had one of our guests comment to us after the wedding saying the venue looked "like something you only see in movies."

Everything about the venue was perfect. The location was beautiful, the food was great, as were the servers, and Tresha (the manager who helped throughout the process) was fantastic (especially with day-of changes due to weather).

I absolutely loved working with Tresha at the Sky Lobby! She was amazing and very flexible. This venue was spectacular , I received many compliments about the outside venue and the view. I definitely recommend this venue if you want a cool, not so typical wedding reception

The event coordinator at this venue was truly a pleasure to work with. She guided us every step of the way. She provided us with excellent vendor options but we were not required to use them if we already had other vendors in mind. She was mindful of our budget. In the end, our wedding was fantastic. Two years later, our friends and family are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how expensive it must have been...... little do they know we spent less than the average cost for a wedding in Miami! Often see as the prelude to all of the Miami Heat Basketball televised games. How do I rate the service? One word. Exceptional!Ms. Tresha Titus made our wedding day turly memorable; she rolled out the red carpet from the first day my wife & I met with her. That was the first true measure of the quality of service that one would only assume to expected.The overall wedding planning process was great, Ms. Titus was very responsive to the question we asked. Question I did not have at the time of our meeting, I would call her to asked them. And speak directly to her I would leave her a voice message; and my call was return in a timely manner.Throughout our preperation for the wedding that invovled the Ms. Tresha Titus; she alway displayed a beautiful smile and a professional attitude to compliment. Their was no task to big or small... She took care of it.We got more than our bubget would allowed for a wedding that planned within three months. The value for cost of service and good was outstanding. And They were very flexible with their time line of the wedding ceremony.0VERALL PREFORMANCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL...

We are extremely happy with the results of our wedding. We were so at ease with Tresha Titus, the director of catering. From day one through the wedding day she assisted us in a timely and kind fashion. The food was delicious and was presented beautifully as was the cake. I would recommend this venue to anyone, as they are very flexible and try to accomodate to your specific needs.
