What a magical place Coconut Palm Inn was for our daughter's local Keys wedding! The team were amazingly helpful to all the guests. They took care of details we would not have considered. The Inn has true Keys character with a tone of spa getaway. Thank you to all who made the wedding so perfect!

Are you looking for a cozy, relaxing, and beautiful location in Key Largo to have your wedding? Coconut Palm Inn is the place you definitely want to check out! We were looking online at venues for our wedding one day and came across the Coconut Palm Inn. The following week we went to visit multiple locations down in Key Largo and were extremely disappointed. The last location on our list was the Coconut Palm, and thank god we made our appointment because we instantly fell in love with this place. First of all, DeeDee was the employee on duty at the time and although she wasn't the person in charge of weddings, she personally gave us a tour of the hotel and explained to the best of her knowledge all the details for holding a wedding here. We instantly felt like a part of the hotel staff's family when we visited. Kathy, General Manager, called us the following day and went over all the details for a wedding. What is unique about this place is that you can rent out the entire hotel for the weekend to host your wedding, therefore only you and your family are on grounds. We had a wedding with 100 guests and almost half stayed at the coconut palm inn very comfortably. Those that stayed made a weekend getaway out of it and on friday night we roasted a pig on the beach and had a live band as part of the rehearsal dinner. Saturday of our wedding was hectic, rain and wind most of the day, but Kathy was there the entire time to make sure everything went smoothly. We are so thankful for Kathy, as she really went out of her way to help us through the weather problems and worked with the caterer to make sure everything was executed like my wife wanted. From the beginning with our booking, allocating rooms to all our guests until the end of sunday afternoon when we left the hotel; Kathy was great in making us all feel like home. We could not have asked for better service or a better location! Did I mention they have a beach, kayaks, a beautiful pier, and renovated (luxury)...

Perfect setting for the perfect wedding. The staff is friendly and amazing! The attention to detail and care of the grounds does not go unnoticed. My family can't stop talking about this place and we can't wait to go back!

Perfect Destination Wedding Location!! Staff was very helpful in all planning stages and responsive to my many emails. We had all the rooms of the resort rented by our wedding guests and took full advantage of having the place to ourselves. Days prior and following the wedding were spent at the pool (coolers and grills available for use and grocery stores nearby for shopping). All the guests were pleased with their rooms and the services provided. The staff helped make sure welcome gift bags were in the rooms prior to arrival. The staff helped with last minute details all signs of their experience in weddings. The grounds provided backdrops for beautiful wedding pictures. As a bride, I was able to enjoy myself even more knowing that the guests were all happy and relaxed in a perfect vacation atmosphere. The guests loved how easy it was to have everything in one location. The destination fitted our idea of the perfect wedding outside in a beautiful setting with the ease of having all our friends and family there enjoying themselves in the relaxed setting.

I held my wedding here in December 2010 and everything was SPECTACULAR. The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and professional, and they are experts at catering to brides and delivering exceptional service.

We had the best wedding! Wouldn't change a thing. The perfect location and people to help us. No stress. All fun with friends and family. Your guests are there for you but also get a great vacation. Close to Miami airport. But stil paradise. Thanks to all !!
