I hired this company for my video and photography with confidence that everythign would be fine after reading reviews on here. However, after my wedding, I have had nothing but problems with this company. After paying them nearly $3000 in full, it was hard to get an answer from the office and a call back. Ofcourse, after they had my money I was nothing but another nobody. My video came in the mail with several problems. One, they sent one copy too many which I think was on purpose to cover them selves of the following. I pop the dvd in to relive my experience with my husband and 30 minutes into the ceremony, it cut off & the lighting was terrible throughout. Come to find out after emailing them (since they are too busy for phonecalls) they sent me an incomplete video due to the manufacturing problem of the tapes and they basically didnt have any footage of the missing duration of my ceremony. The MOST important parts I can only relive through memories now. My sand ceremony, wedding vows, violinist, the kiss ALL GONE> And all that was done is a partial refund with much resistance. Especially Damon Russelll who I worked with the majority of the time, refused to call me to resolve the matter because he would "much rather settle this via email" Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate towards my disappointment. I must say, my photos were great but the video was a part of my package and that was not fullfilled. I would not recommend this company.

Were should I start well when I first contacted Complete music & Video I spoke to Damon (manager) he was super perfessional and cofidient and assureing he made me feel like there would be no better choose so my husband and I went in meet with Damon and he showed us his work and we feel in love it was just what we were looking for and more. we click ed so muh we Damon that we were there after there closing time just talking, so anyways we went ahead and booked them with out a thought in our minds Damon also said he would attend the event as he does for all of the events for ensure perfection but would not be able to stay all night which was fine he promised us he was providing us with the best Dj he had on staff that would meet our needs and also told us that they offer whats called white glove service which is where they were white gloves and are super attentive and help the guest with there gifts and if anyone who needed assistance they would be there to assist them. Well as great as everything sounds it wasnt. Before the wedding you talk to you Dj and telll him what kind of music you want and how you want the night to flow and provide him with all the details of your night but when talking to him he was a little slow he didnt understand anything I wa explaining didnt know any of the songs I was talking about and wasnt sure if he could get the songs I was requesting so however we finished our phone interview he said he was going to work on it and I had nothig to worry, so I called Damon to let him know how I was feeling and he kind of brushed me off like well thats your Dj and you have to work directly with him that he was no longer involved ( so much for white glove service). So we moved foward so the night of the wedding there was no Damon and the Dj was Late and when he was asked if he had gotten all the songs I requested he said not to worrry he had taken care of it so fine the reception started and he was announcing the bridal party to come in and we could not hear him at all one of the guest had to callus out so everyone makes it out.Well before everyone was called to come out he told all 200 guest fto come foward and surrond the dance floor so that when he came in they were all standing there and it was great because the guest were very involved however when it was time for my husband and I had our first dance they were all still standing surronding us and it was very loud and hard to hear the low playing music and the dj never told them to be seated for the first dance so half way threw the song people are walking around across the dance floor speaking loud laughing and not allowing the moment to be romantic, so we finish with all of our dnaces and go on with our night. The whole night long we could not hear the dj at all and the music was muffled so we asked the dj how come the music sounded like that and he said that one of his speakers had blown so what were we to do. He announced the cake cutting,garter toss, bouquet toss and no one hear him no one even knew that we had cut our cake . Then at the end of the night he had the never to ask for a tip which of course we unhappily gave him a small tip but it was just horrible service and there was no so callled white glove service. I was so unhappy he played on style of music pretty much threw the night and didnt give us verity to listen to as we had request in advance and was very rude to my guest. Don't use this company do yourself the favor.....

Complete Fraud. Says anything to get you to sign the contract then 4 weeks before changes the terms, knowing how difficult getting someone else is in 4 weeks. If you do find someone else threatens to sue you just to keep your deposit. Stay Away you don't need this headache.
