We ordered candy jars with a logo and our name/date on them as wedding favors. The jar we originally ordered was not available, so we had to go with a similar item. I didn't see the original email from them asking if we could change, so everything was delayed about a week. When we received the items, our logo/name were so small it was hard to see our names unless you looked really closely! The point really was to put colors on the table by filling them with candy, but I am disappointed that I didn't get to see the logo on the new jar before it was changed. My husband and I really wanted personalized shot glasses as our wedding favors since my husband collects shot glasses. We spent a couple weeks doing some research online but found DiscountMugs.com to be the cheapest. We then ordered 300 shot glasses and they turned out amazing. The printing was good quality and they didn't scratch off if you rubbed them. We ended up putting candle votives in the shot glasses of non-drinkers and they turned into amazing candle holders!

We ordered wine glsses for our favors and attached "thank you"wine charms. I searched and searched for affordable wine glasses and found them at discount mugs. I did have to search for my value, but if you look at all they have to offer, I'm sure you can find value too. After placing the order, my wine glasses arrived in less than 2 weeks. There is a disclaimer that they are not responsible for broken glasses. I ordered a few extra...just in case. Only 2 glasses were broken out of 7 cases we received. I also loved the quality of the wine glasses and that they didn't have swirls in the glass. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the bill and boxes were not in English.

My graphics were in photoshop format with transparent backgrounds and set to the proper specs according to the website. I called at the end of the day to verify everything was good and was told by the art department that the two images were perfect and would come out just as I created them. I checked back every day to make sure they were shipped. It took a couple days and the last day i was worried they would not get there in time so they bumped it up to 3 day shipping at no charge. The glasses arrived packed very well, printing was great, and on time. And there were some extra glasses thrown in. Their online chat help was very nice throughout. I couldn't be happier with my order.Placed my order (72 whiskey glasses 2 sided print) early Wednesday the 15th to have them by Thursday the 23rd. Verified with the art department that things were correct on the 15th. Called the 16th to see if they had shipped was told by the end of the day. called on the 17th told the same thing. Called Monday the 20th was told they were going to be shipped that day. I mentioned I was worried they wouldn't be there on the 23rd she checked her shipping times and said lets make them 3 day shipping. They arrived on the 23rd. From order to deliver in a week and 1 day. Very satisfied.
