Most affordable personalized glassware online! Bought 72 laser engraved champagne glasses. Only 1 was slightly cracked. Very good quality. Very good work. Looks classy. Very glad I ordered from them. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered my favors from DiscountMugs over 3 months ago and still don't have my order correct. I was worried about the imprint color being wrong, so I paid $75 to have one sample made. The sample was correct, so I approved the artwork. They shipped the rest of the favors, and they are WRONG. The imprint color and the placement of the printing are both wrong and don't match the sample I paid for. Now I have only 3 weeks to go before my wedding, and still no resolution. They are offering a "$276 in-store credit" ... Um, no thanks. I'd rather just get my order corrected. To top it all off, customer service works only online, which means that every correspondance takes a day, and when you go back and forth, that turns in to weeks! As a matter of fact, I am still waiting to hear back from them from an email I sent 2 days ago. The art and sales departments take calls, but not customer service??? I am a VERY unhappy DiscountMugs customr, and would NEVER use this company again, nor would I recommend their services to anyone. Buyers beware!!!!

We got printed votives from discountmugs.com and they came out great! You can personalize them in a million different ways and they're the most affordable printed votives that we found. They are very professional looking in person. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

We ordered candy jars with a logo and our name/date on them as wedding favors. The jar we originally ordered was not available, so we had to go with a similar item. I didn't see the original email from them asking if we could change, so everything was delayed about a week. When we received the items, our logo/name were so small it was hard to see our names unless you looked really closely! The point really was to put colors on the table by filling them with candy, but I am disappointed that I didn't get to see the logo on the new jar before it was changed. I have ordered many thigns from discount mugs in the past though, and this is the first time I have been unhappy with the outcome.

This company provided my customized re-usable grocery bag favors. While this company comes off as a large impersonal, they are anything but! They have excellent customer service and they actually called me when they had questions about my order! Production was EXTREMELY fast and personal. I really felt like I was more than a number. The customized finished product exceeded my expectations!

My husband and I really wanted personalized shot glasses as our wedding favors since my husband collects shot glasses. We spent a couple weeks doing some research online but found DiscountMugs.com to be the cheapest. We then ordered 300 shot glasses and they turned out amazing. The printing was good quality and they didn't scratch off if you rubbed them. We ended up putting candle votives in the shot glasses of non-drinkers and they turned into amazing candle holders!

My husband and I had shot-glasses printed up for our wedding, not only did they come out at a great price, but they were high quality, and they sent more than we ordered and didn't charge for any of the extras.
I used their online design center and requested they slightly modify some of their stock art, they did this and with no additional charge. I can't wait to find another excuse to order from them again!
