Eggwhites did a tremendous job of catering and equipment rental!!! Lindy and Michelle were both awesome and made sure every detail was taken care of. They made sure that a tremendous even went off flawlessly with great food and a very personable and friendly staff. They did my brothers and my wedding and they were great!!!! Thanks Lindy and Michelle for ensuring that this aspect of the wedding was stress free!!!!

I LOVE EGGWHITES!! I have used them for events in the past, and called on them when it was time to plan my most important day, my wedding! They were 5 STAR! Chef Gary, Lindy and the entire staff were hands down the most professional catering company I have ever dealt with. The food was exquisitely, meticulously, and creatively prepared to satisfy and exceed any of our expectations. The staff was incredibly professional, organized, and punctual making our special day stress free. I highly recommend using Eggwhites over any other catering company in Miami! I chose eggwhites for my Wedding in February 2011. It was the best experience I could've asked for. Being in the industry, I had high standards. I was referred by 2 different people to this company and boy am I glad I listened. The QUALITY of the food & service is like nothing else in South Florida. Everyone is extremely professional, patient, and eager to make you and your guests happy. The food was the best I've ever had at any event. I wish they had a Eggwhites Restaurant. My husband and I are still craving the food and h'orderves from our wedding. If it wasn't for them our day wouldn't have been the dream that it was. I trusted them completely, and they delivered beyond our expectations. Our guests were calling us for weeks after saying how amazing the food & service were.

DO NOT HIRE ! Let me start with the good part: The food was very good. They did not deliver all the chairs for the ceremony and we paid for them. They put PICNIC tables where the chairs for the wedding ceremony were supposed to be. They had a Ryder delivery truck show up ( 150 feet away ) and start unloading chairs as the ceremony began. I the groom had to demand that the truck leave. They missed a bunch of other small detailed items like certain lights we ordered etc. They ran several hours late packing up their stuff and we lost a deposit. They refused to apologize, at all, ever. DO NOT HIRE !

This was my first time planning any sort of event, much less a wedding! I found Eggwhites and from the minute I hung up the phone with Jill I knew they were it. From helping me narrow down my color choices, floral decor, menu options and much more I felt at ease and knew this was going to be the wedding I always dreamed of! My now-husband and I couldn't have been happier with Eggwhites professionalism and attention-to-detail staff. We were thrilled!

Eggwhites is awesome, plain and simple! I had my wedding at the spanish monasteries and they knew the in's and out's of this property and what worked best. I decided to have them coordinate the entire wedding. They did my flowers, linens, chairs, linens...and rockin' dj! They were super helpful and made the planning of my wedding FUN, not stressful. The Eggwhites team is A+++, I totally recommend them!! :)
