Hannah Hunter and Solaris provided the photography for our wedding. Both were exteremly professional and unobtrusive as we hardly knew they were there. Hannah was very easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions during the planning process. We are looking forward to seeing the full collection of photos and making our selections.

John and Hannah are the most wonderful people you will ever work with!! I haven't seen all of my pictures yet, but I have no doubt that I will love them. They make your pictures so laid back and really make the whole day more enjoyable. Not for those who want the typical cheesy wedding pictures - oh I can't wait to see my pictures! Really though, you could not ask for 2 more fun people at your wedding.Worth every penny!!!!

Hannah was our photographer, she was kind and thoughtful and all of our pictures were great! She really captured our famly and friends in a loving light!

JHunter Photography was great to work with. I contacted John through email while I was out of the country and I was planning our wedding in less than 6 months. He was great about answering all my questions through email! When the day finally arrived, we personally worked with John and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the end product! It has been so fun looking back at the pictures and reliving our special day! I love that he sent us the flash drive with all the pictures but that he also has a website that our friends or family can also order from. He really helped us capture the day and we came away with some really amazing photos!! Thank you John!

J Hunter's wife Hannah came to photograph my wedding. She quickly made me feel at ease. She was very personable and took the most beautiful pictures. During the ceremony I didn't even know she was there, she took gorgeous pictures of our ceremony and yet she was so unobtrusive. When I received my pictures I was so happy, they were everything that I hoped that they would be and more.

John and Hannah did a fabulous job and I was so happy that we were able to have them capture our special day! We did not have a videographer so we knew we needed our photos to be amazing and were lucky enough to find JHunter Photography! John and Hannah are laid back and did a great job at blending into the environment. They were so professional and easy to work with from beginning to end - John was always responsive whenever I had questions (even providing me with some additional recommendations) and he was not a stickler on the time he and Hannah spent with us or on the number of photos captured. They are quick at uploading the photos following the wedding (mine are already posted for viewing ~ a week later) and the pictures are just beautiful!

We are very happy with the work of JHunter photography. John was great to work with and took wonderful pictures. We had a variety of posed and spontaneous candid photos which are some of our favorites. Communication is fast and efficient and we have no complaints. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for great colorful and lively photographs

We used John Hunter for our 6/26/09 destination wedding. He was AMAZING! I tend to be a little camera shy, but he put me right at ease. John quickly accomplished all of the group photos. Then he followed with the bridal party just being our "crazy" selves. We are a fun loving, goofy group. I'm confident he captured all of the silly excitement as well as tender moments between my new husband and I. We loved working with John so much that we are considering flying him to Chicago to photograph our reception back home. He is so talented and an absolute master of his art.

John and Hannah Hunter were a dream come true. Their easy going personalities, ability to sneak around the event undectected and get those wonderful and invaluable candid photographs, made our event flow so smoothly. When we did the more traditional shots, they were warm, kind and gentle in getting the shots they wanted. They made a huge effort to get all the tables photographed when my mother said she wanted that mid event. All of my family and friends have LOVED the images we have gotten back. I swear he made everyone look better than they did. I haven't ordered the final album/book yet, but I'm confident that will be as great as their other work so far. Getting the digital images is a real dream, I know that John and Hannah want us to be happy and are in this for the long run, not just a fly by night sort of company..

The arrived dressed appropriately, they documented the day just as we requested, took photos quickly and efficiently, but we never felt rushed. Our guests also commented on their professionalism and they made everyone feel comfortable during both the posed and candid shots. They had a lovely combination of experience (knowing which shots work well, where to be) and spontaneity - they came up with new ideas on the spot after being inspired from our unique day.Post-wedding, the professionalism and exceptional service continued. Communication was consistent, and they got our photos to us quite quickly, considering the wedding season. Finally, the photos themselves are wonderful. Working with John and Hanna was a pleasure, they are very easy to work with! They had no problem going above and beyond and staying over the alloted time to make sure they got all the shots we wanted. We gave them specifics about what we wanted and they delivered just as we had asked. And all of the pictures were just amazing!

Hannah and John were so nice and compromising on our budget! They were absolutely fantastic, and I definitely would use them for pictures again.

The two photographers where excellent and very nice to work with. They understood that I hate cheesy posed pictures so most of the shots were candids. I was told up front the lead time on getting the pictures back would be about 6 weeks because it was peek season. They were nice enough to email me about ten "internet quality" pictures so I had some to show about three days after the wedding without me even asking. They are expensive but worth the money. They managed to get perfect shots for certain moments that everyone always seems to miss. The following monday we did "trash the dress" shots on a local beach. Both photograpers showed up and even got in the water with us to get some amazing shots. I really feel that photos are the most important thing about a wedding because you will have them forever. It's worth splurging on the best. Oh, and unllike other photographers I spoke with, we own the rights to our pictures. They sent me all the shots on a usb drive so I can get as many printed as I want! Way better then having to order them all through the photographer!!

I worked with Hannah and she did an AMAZING job on my photography. Everything looked STUNNING and I have her to thank. I could not have asked for anything better. They are on the more expensive side but it is definitely worth every dime. I paid for two photographers (hannah and her assistant) and I think you get a lot more variety in your pictures with two people, so I am happy we decided to do that. Hannah was very upbeat and fun to be around and it really felt like she was just another friend at the wedding. They were never overpowering either. I didn't notice them taking pictures the majority of the time, so everything felt nature and it really shows in the photos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We love our photographs! They reflect exactly the style we were looking for. It was very easy to coordinate our date and times. John was very polite and helpful. He was well prepared and knew the site and timing of sunset. We highly recommend other couples use John as their photographer.
