Larry's Private Car and Limousine Service

I personally would never use this vendor or recommend them for any transportation services. The dispatcher didn't convey to the driver that there were multiple stops in the beginning of the day, so he didn't realize that he had to pick up me, the bride and so there was a scramble to come and get me! At the end of the night, the driver was over 30 min late to pick up my husband and I and when we called to cancel, they said that we were going to be charged anyways and then hung up on us. I tried to call who I assume is the owner of the company a few days later and got the same lack of customer service. PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET A RESPECTFUL COMPANY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR DAY.

During the planning process Larry's Limos was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. I communicated with them via email and by phone. I gave instructions (during the reservation) for the limo driver to pick up the groom at the hotel and take him to the church, then return to the hotel to pick up the bride and take her to the church. After the ceremony, the driver was to take us both to the beach for pictures and then to the reception. The limo driver had NO idea of this plan and almost forgot to return to the hotel before the wedding to get the bride! Because of this he was late. Also, when he returned for the bride, he did not clean the car and there were empty glasses and beer bottles from the groom/grooms men's trip to the church. It was not what I expected from a professional limo driver.
