Karla is the person to hire for your big day!!! When we met the first time I knew she was going to do an amazing job and I was SO RIGHT! Karla was there for me for anything I needed, she kept everything organized and did MORE than asked for! What else would you want?! =) I'm SO happy that she was part of my big day, I wanted to be surrounded by people that were positive and work with love and passion. She is the person that will make your day go smooth and you will feel no pain and no worries. I promise you! Karla was wonderful to work with, very responsive whenever we emailed or called. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the day. I believe it ran so smoothly because of Karla. I frantically searched for a DOC for about a week and kept coming across prices that were waaaayyyy over my budget. In need of a DOC fast I posted on the board in hopes to get some recs that were more reasonably priced and still offered the same quality services. I decided to give Karla a try as many girls highly recommended her. She truly made my entire day a breeze. I was able to kick back and enjoy the day with my BMs without a care in the world that anything would go wrong. From our first meeting I knew Karla would be my DOC she was professional, on point and had some great recs for me. A month before the wedding and I still didn't have a make up artist, Karla came to the rescue with Jorge Pena (but more on him in a minute). The ceremony was running late and Karla handled the situation with calm which in turn made me calm just minutes before walking down the aisle. I had very little time to plan my entire wedding because we were moving out of Florida just days after the wedding so I was still sending last minute emails to Karla the night before the wedding. She answered them, called me and kept in touch! Ladies, the one thing I would recommend to all of you is get a DOC and Karla is not only reasonably priced but you get so much more than what you pay for!

Hiring Karla as my DOC was the best decision I made for my wedding --I honestly do not know what I would have done without her. I wasplanning my wedding from out of state and she was someone I couldalways count on for advice, suggestions and to keep things organized.She organized the rehearsal and confirmed every details with all thevendors prior to the event. I hired her for Day of Coordinating because I knew that since I had a large court of 24 people plus 220 guests, I needed someone to run the show. She definitely did that and much more. My family and I felt that no matter what we needed, Karla would pull it out of her bag of tricks and get it for us. She resolved issues with limited direction. She made sure that the wedding day---I had no worries whatsoever. She put together a perfect timeline and coordinated with all vendors. She was the last person to leave that night, making sure everything was taken care of, packed up, cleaned, etc. THE BEST MONEY SPENT ON THIS WEDDING!!! Highly recommend her!

Three words to describe Karla... ON THE BALL!Karla Blanco from Stylish Events is incredibly organized, has a great memory, and is very take-charge. I hired her to be my day-of organizer, but I felt as if she did so much more. With weddings being so stressful, I was sure I'd see her eye twitch at some point during mine... but nope! Totally cool and calm.I lost my escort cards an hour before the wedding and within moments, she had a list of all my guests and which tables they needed to be at, and organized a set of people to direct the guests to their seats. Later on I asked a few people if they noticed and they were like, "nope, everything went smooth, I didn't even realize that was missing".You absolutely NEED someone like this on your day. Not only did Karla keep everything in line, but her calm demeanor in turn made ME calm. I felt like she was everywhere at once, yet with me the whole time.This is an invaluable service from a great person. I couldn't be happier. :)

Karla was a joy to work with! At all times she was professional, organized and punctual to meetings. She made sure everyone and everything was on schedule on our wedding day. I also appreciated that even though we only hired her for Day Of Coordination, she checked in with me on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to see what I was working on and if she could help. If I had to do it over, I would pick Karla again without hesitation. Thank you so much for being a part of our day!

Karla was one of the best choices I made when it came to planning my wedding. My wedding ran smoothly from start to finish. She was on top of everything. She is very detailed and organized. She really did an amazing job and I was so thankfull that she was a part of my day!

Karla truly saved the day. Our venue came with a coordinator who was was supposed to handle everything. The day before my wedding, she had to fly out with her husband due to a family emergency. Totally understandable but we were helpless without her. Karla came in, took over and rocked it. She showed up extra early without me asking, ended up finding an error in price for floral and saved us $100 and had my event running so flawlessly. She is very organized, calming and worth her weight in gold. Having a coordinator was one of the best wedding planning investments that we made without a doubt and I am blessed that it was Karla. She was a life saver that day!

There truly aren't enough good things that I could say about having Karla as my Day-Of Coordinator. I was planning my South FL wedding from Boston, and Karla made being a long-distance bride a breeze. From our initial meeting, she was already giving me suggestions and tips to help me plan my wedding, even though her services are contracted just for the day-of. When I was told a (high) quote for my ceremony arch, Karla offered to go out and buy the pieces wholesale which saved me a ton of money! On the day of, if Karla felt stressed at all, she did not share one bit of it with me. I can only imagine how hectic her day was, but every time I called her she was calm, cool and collected and ready to help with anything I asked. At the rehearsal, I realized that I hadn't printed any of the pictures for my table numbers! Enter Karla to save the day - I emailed her the files and she printed them at home and had all of them ready to go on the wedding day. On the day of, Karla showed up earlier than planned to start setting up. My guests raved about the decorations and the entire setup, and when I first saw it all I could do was hug Karla - she made it look like exactly what I pictured in my head. She took care of the dinner tables, candles, table numbers, paper lanterns, the gift table, table card table and guestbook table, the entire candy buffet (it looked FANTASTIC!), the ceremony setup (including building the arch), created the full wedding timeline and ran everything the day-of, and coordinated with all my vendors starting the week leading up to the wedding. I'm sure that there is much much more that I may be leaving out, but Karla made everything look so good that I didn't have to worry about any details.All I can say is if you have the savvy to plan your own wedding, but you really don't want to spend your wedding day setting up and worrying about anything, CALL KARLA! She is so professional and so good at what she does, you will absolutely not regret it! I encourage anyone to get in touch with her and see for yourself!

Karla was amazing. If you’re still looking for a “day of coordinator” hire her right now! I was super relaxed throughout the day and a large part of that was due to Karla. Even though I only hired her for DOC services, she was super helpful for months leading up to the wedding, including in tracking down vendors and making sure they were responsive. The few weeks before the wedding, Karla was invaluable in getting everyone on the same page about deliveries etc. Then the day of the wedding, she called to check in on me multiple times (she checked with me to make sure that would be ok) and to make sure we were on schedule. She also had the foresight to check that things were going to go according to plan -- she asked everyone if they had their readings for the ceremony and upon discovering that my mom had forgotten hers, Karla translated the reading from our programs into Spanish so that my mom could read it (it was important that it be read in Spanish). This was about 20 minutes before the ceremony start time. I didn't hear about any of this until later, when it was just amusing instead of panic-inducing, and I have Karla to thank for not having to worry about that on my day. I was told that Karla was very much on top of the time, and that is something that was really important to me, so I really appreciated it! We always ran on time or even early. In fact, after taking as many posed pictures as we possibly could, we were 20 minutes early to the wedding ceremony. I really loved having that time to myself to think about what we were about to do, it allowed me to relax and enjoy every single moment of the ceremony and reception. Throughout the night, Karla checked in with me and my parents to make sure everything was going ok. Karla had also done much of the room setup with her team -- she basically did the whole decor with minimal input from me (including filling up 30+ big glass vases with water and orchids inside). The room looked beautiful and Karla and her team "took it down" and gently packed everything for us in their labeled box after the wedding and put it in my parents' hotel room. It was amazing not having to worry about any of that stuff on our wedding day! Karla also executed our sparkler send-off and it went off beautifully. We got exactly the pictures I was hoping we'd get and she did a fantastic job of putting it together (I am told also with the help of Shannon our DJ, my maid of honor and of course, our photographer!).

Karla was hands down the #1 best decision I made in making my wedding a dream come true. I had to plan from another state, but regardless even if you live in south FL there's no one better to set up everything for you, give you advice/tips, stay in contact with vendors, and just be there to run everything as smooth as possible, then Karla. There were a lot of last minute changes in my wedding but Karla handed everything with ease and professionalism. My family and guests loved her and agreed that she was fantastic. By far this is the best investment my husband and I did for our wedding. Karla B. was so professional, detailed and offered so much help and advice that I felt I could call her whenever I needed help or even just an ear to listen. Karla is a truly talented individual. The entire wedding went out without a hitch thanks to her. Every last detail was taken care, she followed up with ALL my vendors before and the day of the wedding. She practically decorated the entire venue herself and it was more than I ever expected. Everything was BEAUTIFUL!She executed everything amazingly .In addition, she stayed behind to help with the final clean up details so that no one in my party had to worry. She was even stayed in touch with me the entire day of the wedding to check if any damage control needed to be done. I hired Karla about a month prior to my wedding and she did a great job helping me tie up loose ends, locate last minute items, and book last minute vendors. She is fantastic with communication! Very detailed and timely. On the day of my wedding, everything went off without a hitch! She kept everything on schedule and I did not worry about a single thing.
