TOSS Catering

I can not express how happy I was with Fernando at Toss Catering. He not only did my catering but was in charge of the planning for our wedding as well. We live in NY and were getting married in Miami so having Fernando on top of the things we couldn't be on top of was great. The reason why we decided to go with Fernando was because I am Puerto Rican and my now husband is Eastern European and we wanted to bring some Puerto Rican flavor for both our families to enjoy. Fernando created bite size portions of typical Puerto Rican goodies for our guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. And he was even able to get a Puerto Rican band perform that I had been trying to book for months. The cake was INCREDIBLE!!! My guests still talk about how beautiful it was. What I loved about Fernando is that I felt very comfortable with him. I feel I can call him up today and have a conversation or go out to lunch with him when in town. He was professional and incredibly flexible and walked me step by step through the entire process. My family and I now consider him a family friend :)

Fernando at TOSS Catering provided amazing results. We were able to see our vision of food stations with a "twist" come to life. He added extra touches that made the event even more spectacular. The food was delicious! So much so - that guests have been raving about it for over a month after the wedding! He coordinated the event with many meetings and made us feel very comfortable with what he offers. His pricing is very fair and worth every penny. I would definitely suggest TOSS as your caterer!
